How we build
We build the assistants and automations in ChatGPT and Claude, with custom instructions and a prompt library specific to your business. If your team already works in one platform, we build there. If you want the same workflows available in both, we can do that, it affects scope and price.
Then we set up the knowledge your assistants need to be useful, and train your team on how to actually use what we built. A tool nobody adopts is a tool nobody paid for a reason.

What Happens After a Blueprint
Implementation does not follow automatically, and we don't assume it will.
When a Blueprint is done, you get a ranked breakdown of the tools and workflows that will save you the most time, with an estimate for building all of them. Then you decide what's worth doing.
If we recommend ten workflows and you only want five, we price the five. Some clients build everything. Some build three and handle the rest internally. Some take the roadmap and run it themselves without us, that's a legitimate outcome, and the Blueprint is written so you can.
It's a separate decision with a separate price, made after you've seen what's actually possible.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Hiring Us
The Essential AI Opportunity Blueprint is $3,000 to $5,000. The Enterprise AI Implementation Blueprint is $5,000 to $8,000. Workflow Implementation is priced on scope after a Blueprint, based on how many workflows you build, which tools are involved, whether you want them in both ChatGPT and Claude, and how many people we coordinate with.
Essential runs two to four weeks. Enterprise runs four to six. If you move into implementation, that's another 30 to 90 days depending on scope. Both blueprint timelines depend heavily on how quickly we get documentation and how fast people are available to meet.
No. Implementation is a separate decision made after the Blueprint. You'll have a ranked list of opportunities and an estimate. Some clients build everything with us, some build part of it, and some take the roadmap and execute internally. The Blueprint is written to be usable either way.
That's the normal case. If we recommend ten and you want five, we price the five. You're choosing from a ranked list, so you can start with the highest-time-savings items and add more later.
If you're the owner and most of the business runs through you, Essential. If you have departments with department heads who each own their area, Enterprise.
