Adam and Melissa bring a business-first approach to AI implementation. Their focus is simple: identify the workflows that are slowing a company down, build AI systems around real business needs, and help teams use those systems with confidence.

It is about giving businesses better systems, better visibility, and more capacity to grow.
Where We Work
We're based in Ridgeland, Wisconsin, about 50 miles from the Twin Cities in one direction and 50 miles from Eau Claire in the other.
That matters more than it sounds. Most AI consultants work entirely remotely, and for a lot of the build work that's fine. But mapping how a business actually runs is easier in the room. Watching someone do the thing they're about to hand off to an assistant tells you more than hearing them describe it, and it surfaces the steps people forget they do.
So we work both ways. If you're in western Wisconsin, Eau Claire, Menomonie, Chippewa Falls, Rice Lake, New Richmond, Baldwin, or in the Twin Cities and the western metro, we can be on site for the discovery work. Everywhere else we run engagements remotely, and we do that for businesses across the country.
The process doesn't change. Only the logistics do.

Adam focuses on the strategy, workflow mapping, and implementation side of AI Solutions. He works with business owners and leadership teams to identify where AI can create measurable value, whether that is reducing manual admin work, improving follow-up, organizing internal knowledge, or building department-level support systems.
Focus: Workflow strategy, AI blueprinting, systems design, implementation planning.
Melissa Seeger

Melissa helps bring structure, clarity, and organization to the implementation process. Her focus is making sure each client experience feels clear, professional, and manageable — from assessment and onboarding to document collection, communication, training, and follow-up.
